11:15-12:15 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Marnhull Methodist Church Hall*; Shuxin Pingxue Gong (Relaxing the Heart & Regulating the Blood) will be introduced in mid-April;

13:00-14:00 Body Maintenance Daoyin Chi Kung - Digby Memorial Church Hall, Digby Road*, Sherborne; Shuxin Pingxue Gong (Relaxing the Heart & Regulating the Blood) will be introduced at the beginning of March;

14:45-15:45 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Bishop's Caundle Village Hall*; Shuxin Pingxue Gong (Relaxing the Heart & Regulating the Blood) will be introduced in mid-April;

16:30-17:30 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Royal British Legion, Sturminster Newton*; Hewei Jianpi Gong (Exercises to Benefit the Digestive System) will be introduced at the beginning of March;

11:00-12:00 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong (Beginners) - Forster Memorial Hall, Bradpole, Bridport; Hewei Jianpi Gong (Exercises to Benefit the Digestive System) will be introduced in mid-April;

14:00-15:00 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Weymouth Community Fire Station*; Shuxin Pingxue Gong (Relaxing the Heart & Regulating the Blood) will be introduced in mid-April;

16:30-17:30 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Age UK, Prince of Wales Road, Dorchester; Hewei Jianpi Gong (Exercises to Benefit the Digestive System) will be introduced at the beginning of March;

20:00-21:00 Standard Yang Style Tai Chi for Beginners & Improvers - Catholic Church Hall, Sherborne; The 16-Step Form will be introduced at the beginning of March;

 

WEDNESDAY

14:00-15:00 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - ‘Two Wings’, West Bexington; Hewei Jianpi Gong (Exercises to Benefit the Digestive System) will be introduced at the beginning of March; This session may be attended by invitation only;

16:30-17:30 Body Maintenance Daoyin Chi Kung - NEW SESSION STARTING SOON - Fortuneswell, Portland, venue to be confirmed; (Age UK Sponsored for first 13 weeks);

 

THURSDAY

09:30-10:30 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Herrison Hall, Charlton Down, near Dorchester*; Shuxin Pingxue Gong (Relaxing the Heart & Regulating the Blood) will be introduced at the beginning of March;

11:30-12:30 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Westham Methodist Church Hall*, Weymouth; Shuxin Pingxue Gong (Relaxing the Heart & Regulating the Blood) will be introduced at the beginning of March;

14:00-15:00 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - NEW SESSION STARTED 26th January - Wool, D’Urberville Hall; (Age UK Sponsored for first 13 weeks);

16:00-17:00 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - NEW SESSION STARTED 19th January - Bere Regis, Drax Hall; (Age UK Sponsored for first 13 weeks);

 

FRIDAY

12:00-13:00 Body Maintenance Daoyin Yangsheng Gong - Savill Hall, Cattistock*; Shuxin Pingxue Gong (Relaxing the Heart & Regulating the Blood) will be introduced at the beginning of March;

 

 

Those sessions marked * started as sessions sponsored by Age UK Dorchester, but then continued as self-financing sessions after sponsorship ended. COREhealth is very grateful to Age Concern and its National Lottery funding, which has allowed so many new physical activity sessions to be initiated.
